This is the updated RBA included in the Upgraded Subtank Mini, and Subox Kit.

It has 2 large juice wicking holes opposed to the old RBA that had small little juice channels. PEEK insulator was applied.
With the new Mini RBA Plus, you can build your own coils and run higher wattage without worrying about dry hits.
